In other words, there’s been a “HIIT Addiction” that’s been taking the fitness world by storm and it’s becoming a HUGE problem.

BUT, there are some major problems with these “HIIT” type workouts.
Problem #1: Most of these “HIIT” workouts typically have NO PLAN or actual DESIGN behind them 99.9% of these HIIT programs are just randomized “do this movement to get super tired” type of circuit or “do this for this long until you almost puke” interval set up.
The truth is anything without a strategic plan or “method to the mayhem” behind it is destined to fail sooner or later and that’s what a lot of people are discovering when using “HIIT” workouts for longer periods of time.
With no way to properly progress these “HIIT” type of workouts, you’ll find yourself burned out and going in the wrong direction with your overall results.
The chances are this already happening without you even knowing it, but it gets WORSE…

What I’ve done is take two under-the-radar techniques to add in the herculean-like athletic gains, alpha male strength qualities and over-the top shreddedness that will cause neck-snapping double takes on your new physique.And the best part…All you need are a few kettlebells (or dumbbells), a pull up bar, your own body-weight and 24 minutes or LESS…

It worked on me…
You see even though I have my own gym and I’m my own boss, it’s hard to find a full 60 minutes to train every single day.
And with the amount of Facebook messages and personal emails I was getting from guys around the world who were desperately looking for a fast and effective method of training they could use to suit their busy lifestyle, I knew I had to come up with something.
Especially with the amount of “HIIT Addicts” that were being straight up high-jacked of their hard-earned muscle and strength results!
So, this is when I went to the drawing board and started to do tests within my strength lab (AKA Garage Gym)…
That’s when I started to put my own body through the ringer…
To start off, in order to maximize my time, I knew there needed to be a “HIIT” component within the program to shred fat, but like I’ve been blatantly mentioning, I knew that doing HIIT alone was NOT going to be even close to being enough for the results I wanted.
There needed to be more…
I didn’t want to just “lean up” and lose strength.
I wanted to make sure I gained MORE strength and power, plus keep the hard earned muscle I already had while also being able to build more.
So, that’s when I added in my specialized “1-2 Punch” of “Density Acclimation Training (DAS) and Strength / Repeats (S/R) amongst a few other of my unique methods of training to maximize my results.
These are two of the major components that make up the system I’ll be telling you more about here in a bit, but just know that when you combine this “1-2 Punch” in with strategically designed “HIIT” style sessions, that’s when things get nuts.
So, let’s get into some more details about this “1-2 Punch” set up…
First, we have what I call, “Density Acclimation Training” or (DAS).
The goal of DAS Days are to help you increase overall conditioning via VOLUME density sets. This is where we’ll get most of our muscle-building action in via increased volume and progressive acclimation overtime.
Each week you’ll be adding in more volume and the more you do this, the more you’ll force your body into exploding with muscle growth, but these aren’t your typical “bodybuilding” style supersets…
Oh no, with these you’ll be challenged both mentally and physically as you’ll be tested with 2 and 3 movement set ups using different athletic based movements that will not only help you slap on pounds of functional muscle, but will also transform you into a better athlete overall.
Each unique DAS workout is set up with “Density AMRAP Sets” where overtime your goal is to get in as many reps and sets as possible for each movement listed within your specialized circuit. Overtime, you’ll become more acclimated to the workouts, which will allow you to get in more volume in the same amount of time and when you do more work in the same amount of time, that’s when your body will grow!
Next, we have our Strength / Repeat Sessions or (SR)
These specialized workouts use a favorite set up of mine known at “Every Minute On The Minute” (E.M.O.T.M.’s). repeat intervals.
With this there will be a lot of different set ups being used combining low rep complexes and strength / power based training all geared to get you bigger and stronger.
SR days serve as a great means to increasing your ability to produce more power and get strong like kong as I’ve implemented in strategic rest breaks that allow you to focus in on training with heavier loads as well as being as explosive as possible.
Because when you’re always trying at a fast pace with little to no rest, it’s hard to get in quality focused strength ad power work which is a problem.
SR Days ELIMINATE this issue…

As Well As Your RESULTS Within Your Training Sessions.
In other words, what these two specialized types of training set ups allowed me to do was get in a LOT of quality strength, power, and muscle building work accomplished within a very short amount of time.
Well, I was able to create workouts that were PROVEN to deliver results in under 30 minutes.
In fact, none of the workouts within my new system last longer than 24 minutes!
